We offer an easy, customer-first resolution process for eligible orders. In many approved cases, you may not be required to return the item. If your request is approved, we may issue a refund or replacement and let you keep the product.
Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
When We Can Help

Return Requirement
To keep things simple for our customers, many approved requests do not require a return. If a return is needed for a specific case, we will let you know during the review process.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.
Refund Timing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
