At Dollsthetic, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Refunds and replacements are offered under certain conditions, as outlined below.

1) How to Request a Refund or Resolution

To request assistance with your order, email support@dollsthetic.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’re contacting us about

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

This information helps us review your request and provide a quick resolution.


2) Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions may be approved if:

  • Your request is submitted within the timeline listed below

  • The issue is verified using the information provided

  • The order is not excluded under the exclusions section

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A refund

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Another appropriate solution to resolve the issue


3) Request Timeline

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery regarding any issues with your order. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Item Kept by Customer)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@dollsthetic.com within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Important:
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may keep the item. We do not require items to be sent back. Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll make it right by offering a refund, replacement, or another suitable solution.

We operate on good faith and trust that our customers are being honest when reporting issues.


5) Refund Method & Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


6) Exclusions

Unless required by law, the following are typically not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Free gifts or promotional items


7) Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact support@dollsthetic.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.


8) Good Faith & Fair Use

We’re committed to treating customers fairly and resolving issues with care. To protect our customers and our brand, we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds or replacements in cases of suspected misuse, repeated claims, inconsistent information, or abuse.
