Order Processing

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing. This includes order review, packaging, and shipment preparation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. During high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be provided by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Dollsthetic is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we are happy to assist where we can, Dollsthetic is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first and then reaching out to us for additional support.
